Dear its means Turkish ; Sevgili , Sayın.
Sayın always use this word official correspondence .
Sevgili always use this word cordial ( friend, family ) correspondence.

Mr its means Turkish ; Bay / Bey
Mrs ; Bayan / Hanım
Sir ; Beyefendi ( Official )
Madam ; Hanımefendi ( Official )

Dear Mr Ahmed | Sayın Ahmed Bey
Dear Mr Ahmed | Sevgili Ahmed Bey
Dear Mrs Kurkut | Sayın Kurkut Hanım
Dear Mrs Kurkut | Sevgili Kurkut Hanım
